Refund Policy

As all products offered on this website are digital downloads, once the files have been delivered or accessed, the purchase is considered final. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges after delivery, since the product cannot be “returned.”

If you experience any technical problems with your download, cannot access the files, or believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at publishing.improvement@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a new download link or sending the correct files.
